About Us

Volumetric Hungary started its activities in 2009 and became an active player in the residential property development market in Budapest and Nyíregyháza. Having successfully delivered its emblematic investment in Budapest, it has recently focused its activities on its developments in Nyíregyháza, where a total of 450 apartments residential complex is currently under preparation. 

We are open and creative in our work, constantly improving our services and operations, paying high attention to corporate social responsibility and environmental awareness. Our company is committed to development based on respect for the built environment. We strive to use environmental friendly materials in our investments, while the heating and cooling of our newly built homes are powered exclusively by renewable energy sources.

Developments

Völgy Liget

We designed and implemented our investment named Völgy Liget in the second district of Budapest. We built our unique, elegant and practical apartments and offices with high value of use, sustainability and value preservation in mind.

The four buildings, each with a basement + ground floor + first floor + penthouse level, also with elevators, have been built in a small clearing in a wooded area of more than half a hectare, with special attention to the fact that even the ground floor apartments can enjoy the unique view of the valley and the mountainous, hilly, wooded landscape behind.

Access to the site from the street is provided by a common gate allowing both pedestrian and vehicular access. Spacious car parks in the basement levels of the buildings are accessed via a shared internal road along the longitudinal axis of the site, while pedestrian walkways lead to the main entrances of the buildings.

Although all apartments have independent and exclusive access to the garden and/or a large panoramic terrace, a communal park with playground, benches and seating areas has been created to allow for community life.  Our commitment to green spaces and landscaping is demonstrated by the fact that we have planted 30 additional trees and 6,000 shrubs in the retained wooded area.

Spanyolkert

From the very beginning, Spanyolkert, realised in the intensively developing residential area of Nyíregyháza Örökösföld, close to the city centre, has been using the potential of the uniquely endowed two-hectare green plot to manage the homes built here with unique solutions for their high value of utility, of living in and investement.

Most of the groundfloor homes have individual private garden access, while the upper floor homes have deep and wide balconies with high value of use.

Located in the heart of Budapest’s eastern agglomeration area, close to Kis tó, the beautiful recreational and leisure centre of Monor, we are preparing a 22-plot residential development, Monor Gardens.
